Have bought a photo ID printer/camera kit to print passport photos. The camera prints wirelessly to the printer. No matter what sort of white balance we use, lighting, background etc, the photos print out with pink-tinted backgrounds when they are supposed to be white backgrounds. No adjustments to the camera's metering, white balance, etc seems to help. Changing the print quality settings (cyan-red, magenta-green etc) on the printer itself has zero effect. Before we ditch either the camera or the printer, is there something obvious we are missing here?
