    Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to quickly test a printer, without using a PC. I wonder if there is a universal method of pushing buttons (like go and cancel at the same time for 10 seconds) or something. Of course this would be for non-MFPs since the MFPs should have a screen and have the ability to select print a test page from the menu.

    Thanks

    Testing with no ink?

Can you test MFP's with out ink/toner?

It is definitely important to test a page before any purchase to be assured of quality!

there is no universal key to print a test page but almost all printers are able to do this so try looking in the manual or google it .

and yes it is impotent to print a teat page before purchase also to see if the spec are correctly
