Print queue not cancelling

Epson XP-3105 Expression home. USB connection to laptop. I sent a PDF to the printer and the monitor in the printer said "printing" but nothing happened. I waited for about 10 minutes and then tried to cancel from the print queue but nothing happens, the job just stays in the print queue.
