Printed photos gray and lifeless

Just upgraded to new Dell PC and Windows 7. Old PC was a Dell running XP. Loaded Photoshop Elements 8 and existing photo files. Believe setup is the same on new machine as on the old one. Printers are Canon Pro 9000 Mark II and Cannon MG6120. Both previously installed on old PC, now on new PC. Again setups are the same. ICC profiles loaded.
PROBLEM: Printed photos now have gray overcasts and are not as vivid as on prior system running under XP.
