I have a Brother printer DCP-7055. I had removed the driver par accident so I had to reinstall him.
I downloaded the driver from the brother website.
At the installation at a certain moment the driver installation wanted to detect the printer but the installation process could not find the printer. Altough the printer was connected via usb. So the installation process could not continue.
I've tried several times without success.
I've contacted brother but they had no solution.
I had to restore an image of my laptop.
Anyone an idea?
PS. I have a lot of malware on my pc
