Printer dosen't recognise ICC Profile

I run a Mac OS X 10.10.5 and have just had a ICC profile made for Moab Entrada Rag bright,
I can see and select the icc profile in the photoshop dialog box but when I send the image file to print in flashes into the print Queue box then disappears without printing .??
