Printer error ExtraData

I have a Kyocera FS-C5100DN colour printer. I recently updated my OS to Windows 10. My pre-print data shows the printer is ready but I cannot print a pdf document. I get an error report stating;
Subsystem: KERNEL
Error; ExtraData
Operator; ReadImage
Position; 521

Can anyone help as my IT guy just went on holiday to Bali!!
