Printer not working after update windows 10

My system shows update from many days and I update my windows 10. But after doing this I got big issue. My printer is not connecting with my laptop. Either my printer is not showing printer is connected to it. I have done all the things like reinstall it, restart the laptop. So what you thing, what happened with me. Please give me suitable solution.
