printer refill

i have a xerox phaser 3100mfp printer. it is not printing further and giving error "toner empty refill."
i have refill it but still the problem persists...I come to know there is chip or reset code problem. i donot know about it... plz help...

The information that got into you is right. Find and purchase a reset chip because that would "reset" the smart chips installed in your printer to allow you do a refill. Smart chip by the way is a small chip installed by the printer's manufacturer to keep you from reusing cartridges, hence giving them more profit. You can purchase online. It usually comes with a toner refill kit.
