Printer Samsung680ND defaults to booklet printing

The printer is low on color toners but 85% on black and white. I am now only printing in B&W (text too) and suddenly all printing comes out 2 pages to one sheet (booklet) despite the print selection page saying 'I page per sheet'. Help!
How do I tell it I want t ignore the color side of printing and print only B&W for ever (I can't afford the color stuff)
