Printing in color - frustrating problem-HELP?

I have a frustrating problem. I have a Brother MFC-J615W printer, I use Chrome browser, run Windows 7. Printer works fine, Sometimes my workplace emails me pages that I need to print & they come out in color ok. But...when i try to print color things from the internet (chrome) it always prints black & white. Also i use Openoffice for typing documents & when i set the font to another color it shows that color on the screen ok, but still only prints in black. I've set every option I see on the printer, and on my Print Preview page, and in Openoffice to "color"...but problem still continues. Would SURE appreciate some help solving this! Thanks.
