Hello,
I just got my Epson xp-15000 printer and I am doing some testing and I am having a problem. I have reached out to Epson and they asked me to recalibrate it, I did, but it seems strange to me. So, I though I would try here, maybe someone has had a similar problem with their printer and found the solution.
When I preview the photo for printing, it is perfectly centered, but once it is printed, it is always going to the top side of the page with a small margin and printing, offsetting the print (even when I do a full page without border print).
I should note, I have tried this both in the cassette and from the read feeding trays
I really appreciate any advice or ideas in advance and if my question is in the wrong place I am sorry, i will be happy to change the location.
Here is an example of in application and after printing on test paper.
