We recently switched to a newer internet connection and this problem occurred, with the old connection, there were no problems.
I have problem installing the said printer on a computer that has a LAN Connection, it does not detect the printer in the installation even though they're on the same Network Connection. However, if I switched the computer to a WIFI Connection, the installation detects the printer, and now I can install driver. The problem here is we need to have a LAN Cable connection so our employees can enjoy the full capability of our new internet connection.
