RICOH IM C6000 Print Error

I am hoping someone can provide some help for an issue I am having with one of my Ricoh printers, I currently have a public facing pc that user print from and I have it set up to print a banner page as well. It prints the banner page just fine but when it tries to print the rest of the documents, the print log shows Authentication Error Occurred and when I open up the log I get the following:
Error Type: Authentication error occurred.

Error Content: You do not have a privilege to use this function. This job has been cancelled.


Has anyone seen this before?
