Hello everyone,
Recently we got RICOH M C240FW for our office, and when we connect via RDP to our terminal server (and printer forwarding is enabled) RDP connection breaks after few seconds...
If we disable the printer forwarding in RDP settings, everything works normal.
Printer works normally on all workstations...
I opened a support case with RICOH Deutschland 2 weeks ago, but no reply...
Did someone experience this issue before? Can someone help ?
Driver we use is RICOH Universal v2 HBP.
Hope to find a solution for this soon, because it's really annoying...haven't had this issue with any other printers before...
