Ricoh SP 213w Cannot print/HP PSC1215 print same PC

Hello guys,

My Ricoh SP213w cannot print with Sp 213w/PCL6. Printing preference message says to install Smart Organising Monitor (which should have been in download package).

Can anyone advise, please?. Thank you.

With HP PSC 1215 Printer, I installed HP Print Doctor, and so can print without any problem.
