I bought a samsung clp 325 "plug and play" laser printer.
It worked fine but after a one week my friend tried to print a paper and it didn't do that anymore. He said that he just pressed the printer icon in microsoft excel and the error message came.
Also the computer does not recognise the printer because you cannot un-plug the USB connection from the windows icon bar. I have connected it to another PC but it does not wok in that too. The printer otherwise seems to work like it worked before the incident
I haven't find anything like this story from the internet.
What to do?

The printer may need to be "flashed" or have the memory wiped. You can do this by following these steps: Menu, System Setup, Clear Settings and hit Clear.
