I have an ideal color laser printer, but I recently experienced the message "paper jam in tray 1".
* 100% sure there is no paper stuck anywhere!
Naturally, I started using Google and read that the cause often has to do with dirt/dust on the "pickup roller" with the advice to clean it. . . . so I deliberately removed the part, cleaned it, but the error message keeps repeating, pffff!
During a print job, the paper is simply no longer retracted into the printer!
Does anyone have any advice on what I could try?
