Hello mates,
unfortunately my old Samsung CLX 4195 (clx-4190 series) printer since few days not load paper and trigger the "Paper Jam In Tray 1" error.
Initially only 1 paper each 4 now not load anymore.
If i remove the tray and force a paper inside the loader rollers them catch the paper, but they can't catch it from tray or form bypass on tray top.
Someone can help me to find the issue, how I can find the problem?
