SAP Sprint with Ricoh

Hello,

We have a windows 2008 32 bits printer server and use SAP Sprint for jobs source of SAP.
However the jobs does not print, there are the printer logs, but there aren't out put.
Are there specific driver for something ricoh printers models?
We use GX5050, GX3000, SPC 220, SPC 222, Aficio....

Anybody help me?
