Ricoh Aficio MP161 printer. Scan to email problem. One of my customers has the aforementioned printer at home on his home network. Not in an enterprise/AD/LDAP/exchange server type situation. I was as able to get his email address to "scan to email" to his email but can't send the scan from the printer to anyone else's email. He also wants his wife's email to be able to send a scan from her to anyone else and so far, I can't get hers to even send to herself. Help please. Any pitfalls in scan to email setup that might cause this?
