Hey!
I just got a new laptop and reinstalled the software for my Epson ET-2710 printer and the images (line art sketches) are oversaturated with no distinct detail.
I did everything from messing with the advanced settings and adjustments to uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers/Epson Scan Smart.
When I go back to the former laptop and scan from there, there is absolutely no problem, works perfectly (I have to currently scan and put on a thumb drive and then transfer to the new laptop).
What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated! Using Windows 10...
