Scanning on Epson WF-2750

I am having issues using the scan button in the printer to scan things to the PC, EVERY other function of the printer work - can print, copy, can scan to the cloud, scan to e-mail, but I can't scan to my PC.

Anyone know what the issue is with that?

IM having exact same issue, ive uninstalled and reinstalled software 3 times with no joy! did you find a solution Sthayer?

Are you using the 'scan' command on the PC or the printer?
if you have windows 8.1 / 10, then open the 'scan' tile (if not on the 'start page' then look on the' apps by name' page but be aware that this has to be set-up with the printer turned on, a file created and a path set to the folder before scanning can commence.
