Setting User PINs for KM bizhup C658?

Hello everyone, my boss wants to set PINs for each user to pull print jobs; we're a healthcare clinic and he doesn't want documents to be printed and left unattended. Is there a way to set a PIN without enabling 2-factor authentication? Thanks everyone!
