Trouble Printing Transparent/Feathered Edges on Ricoh C7100x Printer

Hello,

I have been having this issue with many of my print jobs and I can't seem to figure out why transparent areas that supposed to fade to white or light gray keep printing these nasty blocks of residual color where the smooth feathered edge is meant to be. I'm not sure if it's just a simple setting I'm not selecting, or if it's something I need to set up while proofing, maybe someone here can point me in the right direction? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Make sure the APPE check box is selected in the image page of the job in command workstation.
