USB and WiFi both on same printer?

I'm currently using a Brother HL-3170CDW laser printer via USB on my desktop Win 10 computer.
I wonder if I can also use it via WiFi to print from my Android smart phone?? If so where can I find how to set the printer to respond to both USB and WiFi??

Doubt you will be successful Using both USB and wifi. Program printer to your wifi and will not need USB.
You will need SSID (Wifi name) and password. Here are Youtube videos that might help:

I'll see if just switching to WiFi does the trick. My desktop win 10 does not have WiFi and is hard wired to the router but that should probably be ok.

Your Win 10 computer hard wired to router will function just fine with printer.
You must also program your smart phone application to the same SSID/Password.
