I'm servicing a Ricoh MP301SPF multifunction laser as there are very thin lines going through each page, Drum is over lifespan by 6K pages, i cleaned all rollers i could see, no change, usually when the lines are blurry it's the fuser so i told the customer we need to change Drum before anything as cleaning it only made things worst..
