Want to print with only black ink...

Hi
i have a new Epson xp 3105
I bought it because I thought I could print with only black cartridge.

Red an blue are now not enough and the printer requests refill cartridge
even if I only want to print black and did do settings accordingly
with "gray scale" and so on
Computer is a with MS surface with Winddows 10

Please -if feasable- help with settings an tricks ;-)

Any printer model uses only the black ink cartridge to print out any document. When you are going to print a document then select the setting to print only with black ink cartridge. Hope this will work.
