Which Laser toners to purchase for Brother Laser printer?

I have a Brother HL-3180CDW printer and would like know which DIY toners to purchase for my printer? Black,Magenta,Yellow and Cyan. This is my first post so the search engine is not responding.
Also, Please excuse my ignorance on this topic, after the cartridge rubber plug is removed, how do you know the cartridge is refilled properly? Do you fill to the top of the hole or by other means?
Thank you for any help in buying toners and refilling.
