Hi!
We have a Work Centre 7830 at the office, and after a driver update, the machine always puts an information line on the side of the sheet. It is IN FRONT of the printed document, so if I print a picture all the way to the edge for example, this line will be printed on top. I have requested a solution in the official forum, but have been ignored.
Is anybody familiar with that setting, and how to turn it off? It is not a big deal 90% of the time, but the rest of the time that line makes the printed sheet absolutely useless and impossible to work with.
I would greatly appreciate it if somebody has a clue what to do.
