XP800 Does not select from trays

I do hope someone can throw some light on my problem. I have an XP 800 printer on my XP desktop. It will not print either tray, tray number 2 although loaded with paper no paper is registered, the same applys to tray 1. All inks are new EPSON original. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have installed what I think is the latest driver with no affect. Thanks in advance
