2 Photo Printers and 1 Ink Jet, All with the same problem??

Help Please!
2 Canon i960 Photo printers and 1 HP 5510 ink jet, neither printing blues??? All with the same issue. What am I missing. There must be some type of setting in my PC:confused:?
