Hello there,
im searching for a hint, suggestion or probably solution for the problem described below.
We use Oki MC363 (no warranty anymore) and the ADF Part doesnt work anymore. When i put 1, 2 or more paper in the adf section on top of the printer this original documents arent moved into the printer for copy.
I feel like the black feeding device that pushes itself onto the paper to pull it inside for copy doesnt work anymore (but only a thought from my side)
Is that Problem a known issue maybe from the model? Could that be solved easily or would the ADF entirely have to be exchanged?
