Brand New Epson XP-3100 Has Ink Blots On Prints

I have bought a brand new Epson XP-3100 printer at first I did two black only prints which are fine then a week later I printed a colour print and it has ink blots on the bottom left. I did a print head clean and another print but it still has an ink blot in the same location. I am using the ink that came with the printer and when it does the head alignment print with the black and colour box with lines with "BK" and "YMC" and the words:

it prints just fine, I just did a couple of black prints and it is fine too. I am using Reflex A4 paper which is good quallity paper.
