Brother Help Icon

There is a Brother Help Icon that appears at the lower right of my screen. When I go to shutdown my computer,
it stops shutdown and I get a message that it is running and must be closed first.

How do I get rid of this Icon, if I need help I will ask for it, I don't need it to affect how my computer operates.

Run 'msconfig' from the Windows Start/Search program files and data. Check to see if the Brother Help is in the startup section, then uncheck it.
