Brother hl-3140cw printing error

Hi,
IveI just bought the above printer but when I print the result has a shadow around it of other colours. Does anyone have ant ideas what might be causing this?

Where the shadow locate? Around each image or just a specific place on the paper? If it's the first circumstance, correct the print head from the system. If it's the second circumstance, there might be something wrong with the drum or the toner cartridge part. After doing a printer self-check, print a test page and see if shadow's still there. If yes, exchange a new toner or drum once a time, see which part breaks.
