Brother HL-L3270CDW keeps jamming, please help URGENT

I have had this color laser printer for about 2 months, I use it for my home based small business. I was printing a lot of documents yesterday and the printer now keeps jamming. I think the problem is somewhere around the black toner cartridge, or the problem is with the cartridge itself. I am in desperate need of help quickly because I have a job I need to finish by the end of the day!
