2 weeks ago printer turned on & off without any problem.
Yesterday went to use printer but won't turn so I did 1- did update 2-changed power cord 3- use different power plug but didn't do anything.
The only way to turn it on is take power cord out for 30 seconds then while holding down on button put power cord back in, then the printer starts up and works as it should but when it is turned off have to do the above to get it started. Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue please
