Keeps saying we have an error with the paper feeder to scanner (top feeder) will pull paper through then say jam, and there is no jam. Cannot clear the error, took entire printer apart, no paper, staples, or anything stuck anywhere. No we cannot scan, copy, or fax anything from up there, can only print or use the face down scanner option. Help!
