Cannot setup network folder on Sharp MX-2301N

Hi all,


I need your help please, I'm trying to create new address book entry using a network shared folder, I created a shared folder on my file server and grant read/write access to a service account, then I created a new address book entry using this format :

Folder path: \\myServer\sharedfolder
User name: (e-mail address removed)


But when I try to scan an image and send it to this address book entry, I get an error saying that this server was not found.
FYI: my printer and my file server on the same VLAN and all tcp ports are opened.
I guess folder path must be written differently.


Any idea please?
