I have a Canon i9950 printer. Recently I decided to print some black and white pictures, the results were pictures with orange / red printed instead of grey tones. I then tried to print a black to white graduation with the same results. The printer has a new print head fitted, I performed a few deep cleans and reset the waste ink counter but this did not improve the results. The ink tanks are all new. I then installed the latest drivers but this also failed to correct the fault. Can anyone suggest a solution?
