Canon MF414dw Printing black pages

I have a MF414 printing black pages. This happens even when printing from the printer menu without a PC attached. I feel like it's a sensor or board issue but I cannot find a service manual that will actually give me parts break downs and trouble shooting steps. The "Service Manual" I did find is actually just a Service Guide and is of no real help with this issue.

Anyone with experience with this model?
