I've replaced all the ink cartridges with brand new ones, used the built-in Printer head cleaning tool and manually removed and cleaned it with warm water. The test print page is still faded. Printing with black and white settings in particular produces almost a blank page completely.
We've had it quite a few years now... is there anything else I can try doing or is it time to get a new printer?
