Canon MX 700 New cyan cartridge not recognised.Error OU 43

Good Day All,

I need help -My Canon MX 700 inkjet printer will not recognise the new cyan cartridge.

I have tried another new one but the error still persists.

Comments and suggerstions will be much appreciated.
