Canon Pixma ts3150 Stopped working on Windows 10

We have a Caon Pixma ts3150 which was working fine and then a few weeks ago it just suddenly stopped working - ie lost wireless connection with the computer.

Download new software and going through the wireless setup via the router - the wireless setup appears to pick up the printer's serial number as it displays the last few digits but going through the setup the computer fails to connect with the printer (and disabled blocking). We have tried this on two different computers and cannot get it to work.

Any suggestions?

When you first installed were you required to connect through USB and then disconnected, you might have to do again then use wirelessly?

When first installed it connected wirelessly. The odd thing is that the onscreen setup appears to find the printer as it shows the last 4 digits (or so) of the serial number but the setup eventually fails.

Thanks - when trying via pc and setup software we get to about 1.45 in the video where the printer's serial number is displayed (not the IP) and then it states it will disconnect and continue... and it fails... this was working for about 3 years.

When you get to the section where it shows your SN and not IP is where you should either select restart symbol or the help symbol, I would see if there are other options so you get to the point where your printer is attached through the IP not the SN.

A few other things to try: under Control Panel/Device Manager-check components; especially printers to see if any changes were made to drivers, also you can go under properties to see if additional installation is required.
