Dear Brains,
I am trying to print via the Canon Professional Print and Layout Job Manager within Photoshop (Mac OS - Catalina X.15.1, Photoshop CC2019) I can print to my Prograf using Word, Lightroom and the Print function within photoshop but the Canon plug in sends the file to print then comes up with an error message "Error Please check the printers Operation Panel or the Remote UI."
To be honest I have little idea what that even means.
I have looked at the panel on the printer which is connected via USB and it will print via Photoshops own dedicated Print function so it seems to be a software error. I have deleted the Canon software and reinstalled it to no avail. Anyone with more knowledge than me able to help?
