I've given up trying to get help from Canon so here goes:
I used to have no trouble printing on to CDs with a CD blank label stuck on to it.
Now, no matter what I do, it pushes out the tray and helpfully says No CD Tray Inserted.
The tray isn't warped, I've cleaned it and made sure the reflective bits are OK. Help!
PS. I hate this printer and was only forced to buy it as my old printer needed a service
but had to be scrapped because Canon no longer supported it. Great for the environment!
Scanning is a nightmare and just don't get me started on MY Image Garden!!! Ho-hum...........
PS. I also have an ancient BJC-250 which I still use. Works perfectly and always has.
