In addition to the above, I'd suggest you take a close look at a "nozzle check".
The general guideline is to avoid any printing other than nozzle checks until the problem is resolved. That's especially true with non-Epsons like HP, Canon, most others, that use heat to "explode" the ink droplets onto the page.
What printer model do you have?
Hope I'm wrong, but you may have already fried the print-head.
