Circuit Error 1632 EPSON F9470H

Hello, I have two sublimation EPSON printers running and one has stopped working due to a "circuit error". I've tried power on and off as suggested on the machine LCD screen and checked for any disconnected cables but the problem wasn't solved. Any idea why this is happening or what I can do? Thank you

From what Inhave seen, on my F9370 the error is being caused by a faulty "PR Motor" on the "Ink Holder Full" assembly.
I am attempting to replace motor in a few days.
