When I print ONE copy my CLP325W prints it, then ejects blank page, then prints another copy, then ejects a blank page that stops at almost halfway out.

I reinstalled it from the CD, but to no avail.

Any suggestions to resolve it?

Assuming you have WINDOWS, do following:

Click Start -> Devices & Printers -> Right Click CLP325W Icon -> Select "Remove"

Now Do Re-install with CD, as per factory install instructions

Thank you for your reply.

Removed, reinstalled, same issue.

Oddly, it does not happen when printing test page after install.

Smark: never heard of this one before. What are you printing? What application are you printing from?
Are you printing from Internet browser? Is your printer USB or WIFI connected to computer? Do you utilize a router? Is your system Windows or Mac?

Disconnect Internet connection -> Try printing now from WORD or Word Pad or Notepad

Printing text documents from Chrome, Acrobat Reader, Wordpad, etc. Same thing happens regardless of app.

Connected to router via ethernet - always has been before problem began.

did u disconnect Internet from router? do u use Google Cloud Print? Do u use wireless mouse? Did u get recent firmware update for printer?

So, printer is connected to router with ethernet cable? Not WIFI. Turn-off all other computers associated with router network. Disconnect Internet from router.

Any other recent changes to ur system? Any software downloads that failed to install?

I can't disconnect from inet or turn-off other PCs on network until later today.

Never use any clouds.

Always had same wireless mouse before problem began.

Did not upgrade printer firmware.

No other changes or failed downloads.

Printer is connected to router via ETHERNET, not wireless.

Router is connect to MODEM via ETHERNET, not wireless.

Appreciate all the answers your previous.
While we wait on other PC shutdown & Internet disconnect (disconnect modem from router)
Click Start -> Devices & Printers -> Right Click CLP325W Icon -> Select Printer Preferences
Look Under Page Layout Tab or Maybe Advanced Tab -> Set Number Of Copies to 1 (One)
(It may already be set to 1, but jump it up to 3 -> Click Apply and then back to 1 & Click Apply)

One last question: If you print from another PC on network, do u get more than the one copy?

Tried changing copies as you said, same problem.

Yes, same problem when printing from other PC.

What's so odd than it printing an extra copy is that there's a blank page between copies AND another page always remains partially in the tray, then it stops and the light changes from green to yellow.

I did note that printer must be powered on during the printer re-install our previous?

OK, lets see what is in the Print Que
Click Start -> Devices & Printers -> Right Click Your Printer Icon -> Click "See Whats Printing"
You should see only one document that u are printing (u may need lengthy document, so u can see it
before finishing printing) Or You may need several documents, but shud be no repetition in printer que.

Click this link and reset que using either option, probably two:

Getting late. Time for cocktails. Take it u are in USA

Yes, the printer was on during reinstall.

No repetition in que.

Cleared / reset que - same problem.

Already restarted PC.

I think the problem must in the printer.

Definitely HAPPY HOUR!

Ok Smark. Will be thinking on it here. Meantime you will power-off all other computers on network and disconnect modem from router (Internet disconnect). Yes, it may well be printer problem.

One other item to try:
Power-off printer and then
Unplug printer from wall outlet few hours
Is printer protected with "surge protector"?

Complete Previous Assignments First

More Possibilities:

Page 61 of Printer Manual - Poster & Booklet Selections
Click Start -> Devices & Printers
Right Click Printer Icon -> Select Preferences
Select "Basic Tab"
Make sure Poster Print Is Not Selected
Make Sure Booklet Print Is Not Selected

Page 64 of Printer Manual - Changing Default Printer Settings
Click start -> Devices & Printers
Right Click Printer Icon -> Select Preferences
Under Each Tab - I Said Each Tab
Click "Restore Default Button"
Dont Forget Do That Under Each Tab page

Here is your Printer Manual:
http://www.manualsprinter.com/manuals/samsung/Samsung_CLP-325W.pdf

It is .pdf, so under "File" at top of browser just click "Save Page As" and direct download as u require.
